Aeromedical Crew Resource Management
For facilitating the improvement of safety and efficiency by better teamwork and understanding of human factors.

The Aeromedical Crew Resource Management training day (AmCRM) is a unique Human Factors course that teaches the participants about the frailty of the human brain and the origin and evolution of errors and mishaps in aeromedical practice. On this basis, participants are taught how to improve their communication, decision-making, teamwork and leadership skills by simple practical exercises, high fidelity simulation and actor-led scenarios. This heightened awareness facilitates behaviour change which will enhance patient safety and operational efficiency.
AmCRM tailors its scenarios to the professional duties of the individual participants on each course so that they learn the relevance of good teamwork and leadership in their own personal working environment, using meaningful and realistic bespoke scenarios.
