CCAT Advanced Level Part 3 course
The objective of the CCAT Advanced Level Part 3 course is to update and push forward existing knowledge in retrieval and transport medicine. Delegates should have previous experience in aeromedical operations and be interested in debate and discussion of current hot topics.
Traditionally, the course is separated into three study days that may be booked individually for those who don't desire the complete three day training package.
Day 1 covers teamwork and other human factors issues related to good Aeromedical Team management, and uses Medical Emergencies n Flight scenarios to consolidate the academic concepts.
Day 2 looks at the complexities of planning and operating repatriation missions using Commercial Airline Medical teams and Medical Assitance services.
Day 3 is an Advanced generic study day that looks at complex clinical, logistic, operations and/or medicolegal issues of the day
